Verification & ID The resort front desk requires a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar or Passport) for every adult checking in. Uploading it now means your key is waiting for you.

Travelling as a family? Either way works. Attach one file per adult - you can select them all at once - or merge everyone's ID into a single PDF, whichever is easier. Separate files are a little easier for us to match to names at the desk. Each file must be under 3.5 MB, so if a merged PDF comes out larger, send them separately instead.

    Stored privately and shared only with the resort front desk for check-in clearance.
